Classes
A dynamic sequence of postures linked by breath. Build heat, increase flexibility, and move with intention through a flowing practice that energizes body and mind.
A slow, meditative practice targeting deep connective tissues. Hold passive poses for several minutes to release tension and cultivate inner stillness.
Deeply relaxing poses supported by props to encourage complete surrender. A nurturing practice that activates the parasympathetic nervous system.
Guided meditation and conscious breathing techniques to calm the mind, reduce stress, and cultivate present-moment awareness. Leave feeling centered.
Teachers
Vinyasa & Restorative
A certified ERYT-500 with 12 years of teaching, Amara weaves poetic themes into every sequence. Her classes are known for their musicality, precise alignment cues, and warm, inclusive presence.
Yin & Meditation
With a background in Buddhist philosophy and somatics, Leo creates spaces where students can slow down and listen inward. His Yin classes are deeply meditative and anatomically informed.
Breathwork & Flow
Maya combines pranayama, movement, and guided meditation to help students access deeper states of presence. Her classes are gentle yet profound, emphasizing embodiment over achievement.
